The history of the Filò Arte Sarda dates back to 1983, the year in which a couple of young newlyweds decide to share the tradition, handed down by their ancestors, of textile processing with the community. Their passion for Sardinian culture and for the wonderful land in which we live, has not only stopped at fabrics, but has resulted in other forms of art such as the processing of ceramics and cork.

 

Today this same passion is used by young daughters. The two generations ensure that tradition can be combined with modernity; that memories can be immortalized in a frame with modern and fresh tones.

 

Like a fabric, it is a thin and flexible artifact created through an interweaving of perpendicular threads between them, so the Sardinian teaching and tradition handed down to us by our parents intertwine future ideas and projects. Working for the future with a constant gaze on the past makes the idea of ​​our work.

 

What distinguishes us is the passion in making the spaces ecstatic, in making a simple ceramic object poetic. We maintain the same principles of humility, determination and passion that have given this logo 30 years of history.

 

At present, Filò Arte Sarda collaborates with important architects in furnishing houses, villas, hotels, restaurants and boutiques; supplies retailers throughout Sardinia, in various regions of Italy and abroad.
